 Tournament Rules

1.    Die Spiele finden nach den Regeln des ÖFB statt

1. The games take place according to the rules of the ÖFB

2.    Die Spiele auf Großfeld werden von offiziellen Schiedsrichtern vom  Vorarlberger Schiedsrichterverband geleitet. Die Spiele auf den kleinen Feldern werden von ausgebildeten Vereinsschiedsrichtern geleitet. Die Spiele werden von der Turnierleitung angepfiffen und von den jeweiligen  Spielleitern beendet. Maximale Nachspielzeit beträgt bei schwerer Verletztung  3 min.

2. The matches at Grossfeld are played by official referees of the Vorarlberger referee association headed. The games on the small Fields are managed by trained club umpires. The games will be kicked off by the tournament management and the respective ones Game ladders finished. Maximum stoppage time is 3 minutes for heavy injuries.

3. Groups:

4.     Das Alter der Spieler wird vor Turnierbeginn überprüft. Die Spieler müssen im Besitz eines gültigen Lichtbildausweis sein.

4. The age of the players will be checked before the start of the tournament. The players must own a valid photo ID.

5.     Die Dauer der Spiele sind in allen Gruppen 1x 25 min.

6.     Jeder Verein ist verpflichtet eine zweite Garnitur Dressen in einer anderen Farbe mitzubringen. Falls es zu einer Gleichheit kommt, muss die 1. Genannte Mannschaft das Trikot wechseln.

7.     Spielertausch: In allen Altersklassen ist der Spielertausch 5x pro Spiel möglich. Der Rücktausch der ausgewechselten Spieler ist ebenfalls möglich.

8.     Spielregeln + Ausrüstung: Fußballschuhe mit Stollen sind nur bei der Altersklasse U15, U17 und U19 erlaubt. Alle anderen Altersklassen spielen mit Gumminoppen!  Ab der U11 wird mit Abseits und Rückpassregel gespielt.

8. Game Rules + Equipment: Football boots with studs are only in the age group U15, U17 and U19 allowed. All other age groups play with Gumminoppen! From the U11 onwards and back pass rules are played.

9.     Strafen: Der Schiedsrichter kann in den Altersklassen U19, U17, U15 und U13 folgende Strafen gegen die Spieler aussprechen : Blaue Karte- Ausschluss für 5 min- Kein Ersatzspieler ! Sonderregelung bei der U11 darf der Blau ausgeschlossene Spieler ersetzt werden. Zweite Blaue Karte = Rote Karte oder Rote Karte = endgültiger Feldverweis und Sperre für das nächste Spiel.

9. Penalties: The referee may be in the age groups U19, U17, U15 and U13 To pronounce the following penalties against the players: Blue Card Exclusion for 5 min- No substitute! Special regulation for U11 allowed the blue excluded players are replaced. Second Blue Card = Red Card or Red card = final field reference and lock on the next game.

10.  Sollte eine Mannschaft  ohne entschuldbaren Grund zu spät zum Spiel kommen, beträgt die Strafe automatisch 3:0 für den Gegner.

10. Should a team be late for play without excuse, the penalty is automatically 3: 0 for the opponent.

11.   Falls Mannschaften innerhalb einer Gruppe Punktegleich sind, gilt folgendes: 

A. Torverhältnis
B. Ergebnis im direkten Spiel 
C. Gewonnene Spiele
D. Anzahl der erzielten Tore

11. If teams within a group are equal in points, the following applies:

A. Goal difference
B. Result in direct game
C. Number of matches won
D. Number of goals scored

12.   Bei allen Platzierungsspielen kommt es bei einem Unentschieden zum Elfmeterschießen (3 Schützen pro Team). Alle Spieler, die am Spielbericht vermerkt sind, dürfen schießen. Das Elfmeterschießen findet sofort statt!

12. All draw matches will result in a draw penalty shooting (3 shooters per team). All players listed on the match report are allowed to play shoot. The penalty shootout takes place immediately!

13.   Kommt es im Finale zu einem Unentschieden erfolgt ein Elfmeterschießen.

13. If there is a draw in the final there will be a penalty shootout.

14.    Falls etwas nicht durch die Turnieregeln gedeckt ist, entscheidet die Turnierleitung.

14. If something is not covered by the tournament rules, the tournament management decides.

15.    Der Turnierveranstalter und Eurosportring übernehmen keinerlei Haftung für Schäden und Verlust des Eigentums der Teilnehmer oder für Personenschäden.

15. The tournament organizer and Eurosportring assume no liability for damage and loss of property of participants or for personal injury.

16.    Ein Spieler ist während des gesamten Turniers nur für eine Mannschaft eines Vereins spielberechtigt.

16. One player is only one for one team during the entire tournament club entitled to play.

17.    Die offizielle Turniersprache ist deutsch. Bei evtl. falscher Interpretationen in den Übersetzungen des Turnierreglements gilt die deutsche Version.

17. The official tournament language is German. With possibly wrong interpretations in the translations of the tournament regulations apply the German version.

18.    Proteste werden nur schriftlich und in deutscher oder englischer Sprache entgegengenommen.

18. Protests will only be in writing and in German or English accepted.
